1. Restore all your necessary data -Before deleting your Facebook account, save or restore all your important data which is present into your facebook account. Because after deleting the account you couldn't get any backup.

Opening the Facebook Account in settings click on gear button which present at the extreme right hand side of your screen. Go to the General Account Settings option, After that click on the “Download a copy of your Facebook data”. To download all the images individually open it one by one.

2. Delete Facebook History - One of the the important step for that again go to the gear icon on your Facebook page. Select Privacy and Setting Tools and visit the link Use Activity Log. Otherwise visit to Activity log page from the gear icon.

After reloading a page, delete all your previous actions which you did on facebook like likes, comments, etc. don't  left any data before your account gets deleted permanently. don't forget to delete hidden posts also.

3. Open the Delete Account page – Make sure that will not access your current Facebook account again. For that search for facebook page over Facebook. When a page is appeared, then click on “Delete my Account” button to delete your Facebook Account permanently.

At initial state you have to enter your password and CAPTCHA to make sure that person is not a robot. Click on OK button, then after only you are ready to delete your Facebook account permanently.
